Evacuation plans

Evacuation plans shall be present in all enterprises, institutions, organisations independently of the number of employees or the type of performed economical activities.

Information Required to Develop Evacuation Plans:

The plan of each floor (a copy); the legal, name and code form of the organisational structure; the given name, surname and title of the position of the manager of the organisational structure, who would approve the evacuation plans; the places of the display of the evacuation plans, manual switches of fire alarms, fire faucets, valves, the switches of fire pumps (electrified valves), fire extinguishers, the manual start up switches of fire fighting and smoke removal equipment, electrical panels, telephones; the required  format, quantity of the evacuation plans; whether a frame, colour is required; a contact person, telephone number, e-mail address.
