Health and Safety
The ensuring of the safety and health of the employees of your enterprise is one of the biggest your concerns. It requires continuously your exceptional attention and retracts you from other important works. We offer to share these concerns with us.
We offer complex servicing for your enterprise – including the performance of the functions of the hired service of the safety and health of employees, consulting on the issues of fire safety, civil safety and labour law, the development of documentation in these areas on the basis of a long-term contract.
LEGAL GROUNDS
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 12 of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health, the Service of Occupational Safety and Health shall be established in your enterprise, the functions whereof may be carried out by a hired enterprise.
CONTRACT
A contract shall be signed with the serviced enterprise, which shall stipulate the volumes of the performance of the functions of the hired OSH service and the provision of additional consultation services.
REPORTING
Our OSH specialist responsible for the performance of the OCH Service functions (in compliance with the agreed procedures) presents written reports to an authorised person assigned by your enterprise carrying out the coordination and the supervision of the activities of the hired ODH Service (to a person authorised by the employer).
QUALIFICATION OF SPECIALISTS
Our specialists with respective experience and qualification shall be assigned to provide services in your enterprise. In order to ensure continuous service supply, we assign at least two our employees to work in the enterprise. One of them shall be assigned as a person responsible for the servicing of the enterprise.
Having signed a cooperation agreement, our specialists will:
organise the activities of the Occupational Safety and Health Service;
consult on the issues of occupational safety and health, fire safety, labour law;
help to assess professional risks; select personal protective equipment;
in the event of an accident, will organise an investigation, will analyse, will suggest preventive measures against accidents at work;
participate, when the enterprise is inspected by the state authorities (on the issues of occupational safety and health, fire safety), develop a plan to eliminate violations, represent the interests of the company at the mentioned authorities;
organise and conduct training for as well as the certifying of the managers of units, the representatives of employees on he issues of occupational safety and health;
carry out electro physical measurements;
upon any changes of legislative requirements, the specialists regularly visiting the enterprise will perform corrections in the mentioned documents, will help to provide with required document filling forms, registers, signs; will consult on the issues of work safety; will develop documents to the employees’ health examination and will perform the control thereof.
We perform the following functions of the occupational safety and health in an enterprise:
- the representation and defence of the interests of the enterprise at state authorities;
- consulting on the issues of occupational safety and health;
- instructing on occupational safety and health;
- the training of staff on the issues of occupational safety and health;
- the organising, coordination and performance of the assessment of professional risks for an additional price;
- the organising of the examination of the employees’ health and the implementation of control;
- the organising of the issue of personal protective equipment and the implementation of the control of the using thereof;
- the investigation of accidents and occupational diseases;
- the development, coordination and implementation of preventive measures against accidents and occupational diseases;
- the control of compliance with the requirements of legislation regulating occupational safety and health in the enterprise;
- the development of regulatory legal acts (documents) on the occupational safety and health of the staff of the enterprise ;
- participation in the activities of the occupational safety and health committee of the enterprise.
